How can we add our play gym to the website?

If you run a play gym and would like to be included on the website, simply complete the form on our Register a Play Gym page. Once we receive your details, we’ll review the information and add your play gym to the directory, so families can find you more easily.

Does it cost anything to be listed?

No — it’s completely free for play gyms to register and for families to search the website. To keep the directory running and up to date, we rely on donations and sponsorship from supporters who want to help more families find great play spaces.

How often is the information on the website updated?

We aim to keep all listings as accurate and up to date as possible. Twice a year, we email play gym owners to ask them to review their listing and confirm that the details are still correct.

We also rely on feedback from visitors, so if you notice that something on the website is out of date or no longer relevant, please let us know via our Report Incorrect Information form and we’ll update it.

What should I do if the information on the website is different from what the play gym offers?

Please let us know. While we do our best to keep listings accurate, details can sometimes change. If you notice something that doesn’t match what the play gym currently offers, fill in our super short form our Report Incorrect Information page, and we’ll look into it and update the information if needed.

I run a play gym and would prefer not to be listed – what should I do?

If you would prefer not to appear in our directory, please complete the form on the Opt Out of Play-gyms.co.uk page, and we will remove your listing.

We also notify play gyms by email when they are added to the directory. Reply to this ‘OPT OUT’ and we will remove your listing from the website.

This project is free for families and play gyms to use, and we rely on donations and sponsorship to keep it running. If you’d like to support the work we do, we welcome contributions and ongoing sponsorship from individuals, organisations, and benefactors who want to help us maintain and grow the directory.
